The observation deck of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building (free of charge) offers a panoramic view of the city of Tokyo from a height of 202 meters above the ground. There are also shops and cafes in the observatory where you can find Tokyo souvenirs, so be sure to stop by when sightseeing in Tokyo. There is also a "Tokyo Tourist Information Center" on the 1st floor.
