Efforts to prevent the spread of new coronavirus infections and requests to customers

&Here Shinjuku As a basic policy for safety and security against new coronavirus infections, we will embody three service codes and implement infectious disease countermeasures for each in order to thoroughly implement “3 Cs avoidance*” and “hygiene management”.

Request to customers

  • In order for our customers to use the facility with peace of mind, we ask for your cooperation in temperature measurement and disinfection when you come to the museum.
  • We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you refrain from visiting the museum if you have a fever, are not feeling well, or have been in contact with a person with the new coronavirus in the recent (within about 2 weeks).
  • Please wear a mask when visiting the museum and wear a mask in public areas. (* In accordance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, from March 13, 2023, it will be at the discretion of the customer regarding the wearing of masks in the hotel.) )
  • If you are waiting in line in front of the front desk, please keep your distance when taking the elevator. Thank you for your cooperation in social distancing.
  • We recommend that you use a credit card or cashless service instead of cash at the time of payment. In addition, we will use a cash holder or cash tray to keep and return it.

Hotel Initiatives

〈Check-in/Check-out〉

In order to avoid contact between people, we will avoid spacing entry restrictions and close contact with staff.

〈Guest rooms and public spaces〉

  • Thorough ventilation

We will thoroughly ventilate all guest rooms, public areas, and other areas in the building.

  • Thorough cleaning bacteria

We will thoroughly disinfect and clean guest rooms and all facilities in the hotel. Rooms will carefully disinfect frequently touched areas. In addition, we will thoroughly respond to elevators in common areas as well.

  • Accommodation Cleaning for consecutive nights

From the viewpoint of the risk of contact infection, the cleaning staff will only enter the room at the request of the customer during consecutive nights.
